A key element of your Wedding Planner (whether you are using a notebook or Filofax) should be your appointment planner. If you are using a standard Filofax you may choose to utilise the inserts you receive in a Filofax refill pack. However, I also used my own double page layout to assist with my intense appointment booking over a few short days at a time.

However, any diary can and should be used in your own personal planner – as you need to choose something easy to use and that which suits your needs. If your planning is taking place on ad hoc days you can probably use your regular planner.
